Operations hub for restaurants
Your own sales channel. Your own guest base. One order flow.
OrderOps brings delivery aggregators, your own storefront with QR ordering, your Syrve POS and your CRM into a single operations loop. An order from any channel takes the same path, the guest stays in your database, and discounts stay under control.
Creating an account takes a few minutes. We then activate it and help you connect your first location.

Channel aggregation
every aggregator and your own site in one queue
Own channel and QR
storefront, QR menu and Telegram
Guest base
guests from every channel in a single record
Discounts and operations
Syrve discount reconciliation and POS status
Four things a restaurant cannot assemble from separate services
None of the blocks below is a separate subscription or a separate vendor. It is one loop, in which the order, the guest, the discount and the state of the POS are connected to each other.
01 / orders
Channel aggregation
Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food, Uber Eats and your own site land in one queue. No tablet per service, and no retyping items into the POS by hand.
- Webhook intake with signature validation and deduplication
- Review queue: items, guest, address
- Sent to the POS with a retry policy
- A single 12-status lifecycle for every channel
02 / direct
Own channel and QR
A delivery storefront, a QR menu for the dining room and a Telegram Mini App — on your own domain. The guest orders directly, and the order enters the same flow as one from an aggregator.
- Storefront builder with live preview
- QR menu with ordering and payment at the table
- Telegram Mini App
- Your own domain, SEO and analytics
03 / customers
Guest base
An aggregator does not hand you the guest's contact. OrderOps collects guests from every channel into one record — with their order history, not just a courier's name.
- Duplicate records merged into one guest
- Segments and order history
- Sync with Bitrix and Salesbox
- Personal data is encrypted; you set the retention policy
04 / control
Discounts and operations
Discounts actually applied in Syrve are reconciled against the planned policy, and the state of POS terminals, couriers and syncs is visible in real time — not the next day in a report.
- Applied discounts reconciled against the policy
- A list of the items that need attention
- POS status, online and offline
- Couriers on the map, location opening hours
Operational gaps
Menus drift. Stop-lists lag. Orders get lost.
These are not staff problems — they are gaps between systems. OrderOps closes them at the integration layer.
GapMenus drift across platforms — prices, modifiers, and sizes silently fall out of sync.
FixIncremental sync with revision tracking, field protection, and section locking keeps every channel consistent.
GapStop-lists update with a lag, causing cancellations at peak hours.
FixWebhook-driven stop-list sync with terminal aggregation and auto-clearing when an item returns.
GapOrders arrive from everywhere with no single view of events.
FixA complete order-lifecycle dashboard with status mapping between the POS and every delivery platform.
GapCustomer data is scattered across platforms.
FixGolden Customer resolution merges duplicates and encrypts PII automatically.
GapOrders can't be auto-assigned to the right location.
FixGeofenced delivery zones with KML import and priority routing.
GapGuests order through an aggregator — and stay in its database, not in yours.
FixGuests from every channel are merged into one record, and your own storefront gives you the full contact directly.
GapDiscounts stack on top of one another, and it only becomes visible after the fact.
FixApplied discounts are reconciled against the planned Syrve policy, and the differences are listed.
One flow from webhook to "completed"
Every order follows the same predictable path — regardless of channel.

Own channel
An order that never passes through a middleman
The storefront is built in a visual editor: sections, menu, delivery zones, payment. After that it is simply your site — on your domain, with your analytics. An order from it takes the same route as one from Glovo: review queue, POS, statuses.
Delivery storefront
A builder with live preview, your own domain, SEO settings.
QR menu in the room
The guest scans the code on the table, orders and pays — without waiting for a waiter.
Telegram Mini App
Ordering right inside the messenger, against the same guest record.
The same loop
Direct orders do not live apart — they sit in one queue with aggregator orders.
Guest base
The guest stays yours, not the aggregator's
The same guest orders on Glovo under one number, on your site under another, and in the dining room via QR anonymously. OrderOps brings that together into one record.
Merging duplicates
Records are matched on phone and email. Order history from every channel gathers under one guest.
Segments
Groups of guests by behaviour — for campaigns and personal offers in your own channels.
CRM sync
Guests and orders are pushed to Bitrix and Salesbox; CSV export is available too.
Retention policy
You set when personal data is hidden and deleted. Before it applies, you see how many records it will touch.
Live operations
You can see what is happening right now
A POS switched off overnight and never switched back on, a menu sync error, a courier with no location — you see it on screen, not the next day in a cancellations report.
POS status
A terminal stopped answering — visible immediately, with the disconnect reason and the time of the last event.
Couriers and zones
Delivery zones with KML import, automatic location assignment by address, couriers on the map.
Problem triage
Unmapped menu items, failed sends to the POS and the reason for each — in one place.
Location schedules
Opening hours per location and shift state — without hopping between provider portals.
Discount control
Syrve discounts under control, not left to chance
An aggregator promotion stacks onto an internal discount, a promo code fires where it should not have, and the receipt only shows it after the fact. OrderOps reconciles the discounts actually applied against the planned policy and lists the differences.
A check before dispatch
The order passes discount validation before it reaches the POS.
A daily report
Where the policy was applied and where it was not, day by day.
A list of differences
The items that need attention, each with its reason.
An honest cashback base
The cashback base is computed without subtracting the discount twice.
What the platform controls
Full order lifecycle
Webhook intake, review queue, POS dispatch, terminal checks, retry policy, and status sync.

Real-time sync status per organization, unmatched-items inbox, and audit logs for every change.
Smart stop-lists

Syrve discount control
Reconciliation of applied discounts against the planned policy, a check before the order is dispatched to the POS, a daily report and a list of differences.
Operational monitoring
POS status online and offline in real time, couriers on the map, location opening hours, and triage of failed sends to the POS.
Multi-location
Switch between locations in one workspace, keep the menu at account level or per location, and give each location its own delivery zones and storefront.
Works on top of your stack
OrderOps does not replace your POS and does not ask you to change your processes. It becomes a layer above what you already have.
